Midweek felicitations to you, my brother! And blessings to you in the precious Name of Our Lord Jesus!Read 2 Cor 3.
As you read today, take note of how Paul opens this particular passage by referring to fellow believers as individual “epistles of Christ”, and “written not with ink but by the Spirit of the living God, not on tablets of stone but on tablets of flesh, that is, of the heart.”. Brothers, think about the implications of this picture! If we could truly consider each of our fellow Believers as a distinct and unique and extraordinary testimony being crafted and written by the very Spirit of God, powerful blessings and unparalleled unity would flow throughout the Body of Christ.
So, the challenge for today and going forward: as you encounter and interact with your Brothers and Sisters in Christ – look at them as special epistles, written by the Spirit, and sent into this world by our Good God as a testimony and for a specific Gospel purpose. And encourage them and exhort them and assist them as they walk out their Kingdom calling.
And as for you, my brother, be encouraged today, knowing that YOU are “with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.”. Amen!
